advanced troop module taking billions?

I built a troop transport with 4 advanced troop modules on it. When I launch it from orbit with all 4000 troops my planet losses 4 billion people (:( . Is this a bug or is that how it is suppose to be (the troop module says 1000 troops not 1 billion...).

nope, no bug. Thats working correctly. It really should read "4000M" troops, or better yet 4000 Million.

Reaver

Yes remeber your high school math class where they told you that 1000 million is not correct but the correct number is 1 billion because they are exatly the same in every way but the name.

Hey, let's be nice. Reaver is correct, it should read 4000M, or something. At all times when referring to troops in GalCiv II, the troops are counted in millions.

each #1 on the troop screen stands for 1million so 1000*1,000,000=1,000,000,000 heres what you have- 1,000,000,000hfhvdjghe u*4=4,000,000,000/1,000,000=4000
so thats basicaly how it works.
so if you attack a planet with 15billion people on it it'll show 15000vs4000
