Bug - Engine upgrade IV smaller than V

After updating to official 1.1 patch I notice the IV upgrades of engines are still smaller than the V upgrades. This is true for both Warp drives as well as Impulse drives, haven't researched the last engine line enough to confirm.

This bug has been around for a while.

I think Warp V is *faster* that Warp IV (and cheaper too, according to wikipedia), so it's pretty reasonable that it's a little bigger, definitely well worth it.

Hyperwarp III is also faster/bigger than II.

Impulse III is smaller than II, but costs more.

Warp Drive IV = speed 3
Warp Drive V = speed 4

You trade off a little size for a dramatic improvement in speed.
