VirtualDesktops : "Configure" is not available

Dear stardock and all,
I've installed WB5 and then uninstalled it. After that my virtual desktop has lost all settings and "Configure Virtual Desktop" menu item is grayed as unavailable. Please help. I'm running xp pro sp2 with all hotfixes. Virtual Desktop and Enhanced Dialog are the only OD programs installed.
