ok when i download the theme file where i put it at? and do i need to download anything else?

most 'theme files' are self loading when double clicked as long as your read the next item first

Depending on what 'theme file' and what's in the 'theme file' - yes. Did you notice the description box in the gallery page from where the 'theme file' was? Did you notice the 'software' tab above? click this: Link to get the software.

Also, if a theme file doesn't self load, you can import it into whichever program it is made for (i.e. a wba file into windows blinds) and then apply it through the software.
