Does OB show up in other people's docks

I have a normal dock at the top of my screen. Object bar is always an entry there and servers no purpose.

Is there a way to hide it?

Can't you just drag it off (poof) or remove it with the right-click context menu? I can't remember the defaults that came on OD, but there wasn't anything that couldn't be removed easily

He means in the running applications, it shows up there.

Is there any way to hide it from the objectdock?

The build before 2.0 did that for me. The upgrade resolved it. What build are you using?
