explorer crashes with error EventType : BEX64 P1 : explorer.exe

I just bought and downloaded object desktop onto my x64 based xp pro workstation. I cannot apply any themes without crashing explorer. When i attempt to restart explorer it will crash again. I am getting a bit worried about the fifty bucks i just dropped here... This is cleanly built instance of the OS and hardware... no other issues with the system

please help!

hmmm... what are your system's specs? .. plus which application from ODNT you have installed/run just before the crashes started to occure?

intel 930, 4gb memory, intel 975 chipset. i have windowblinds, theme manager, icon packager, and windows fx installed. i get errors when applying themes in icon packager as well. the error i was originally talking about was when applying a theme from windowblinds, after applying explorer crashes. i cannot restart without it crashing again. I can unload windowblinds and then restart explorer successfully. any ideas?

same basic error

running xp 64
3800+
MSI K8NGM2-FID GeForce 6150
AMD 3800+ Dual Core 64 with 1.3.2 Amd Drivers (cpu)
Samsung SP1614N (hd)
2 GB 3200 (memory, 1 gb a stick)
