Financial Bug??? (Latest Beta (18)).

I was playing the latest beta (from scratch) for a few hours - and was starting to get a farily large empire 'cooking on gas' as it were - according to the domestic report I was making about 900bc a turn - (whilst pretty much every factory and starport was building stuff) - however, thats when I began noticing a problem:
The last amount of money I knew I had for certain was over 5000bc... I'd upgraded a few starbases here and there with upgrades that cost about 200bc a time, so I know I would have spent some of that - though whether it would have been more than my income I don't know...
However - then I noticed it was down to about 2226bc... That started to get me concerned since I was pretty sure I hadn't spent that amount - and had kept an eye on my domestic finacial info - and kept it pretty much constantly at 900bc a turn...
Because of this I thought I'd keep better track of what was happening, and whether or not there was a problem...
ok - at the end of the turn - (literally before I hit the End Turn button as it was green) I had 2226bc... My income (according to the Domestic screen) was 906bc...
Int he next turn I finished building 6 banking centres, 1 soil enhancement, and 1 constructor...
My income according to the domestic screen was now 1037 a trun - (without touching anything).
(note that my money (in the bottom left hand corner) was green and has been for as long as I can remember, so there shouldn't have been a problem)
however - the amount of money I had had changed from 2226 to 2182 - going DOWN by a few tenths - not up by 900 or so like I expected...
