uninstall iconpackager fully HELP ME

Is there anyway to uninstall iconpackager fully--including setting the icons back to normal(the original icons) or if thats nto possible can the original Xp icons be set back? not useing the Xp icon set because it messes up several icons....
this would be greatly appreaciated!
