FireFox Metaverse problem...

If i try to create a char for the metaverse i get to the "processing data" part and it hangs if i use Firefox, (the char is not created)

With IE it is fine.

I'm using firefox, and had some trouble at the begining. I e-mailed tech support, got an e-mail back the next day saying that they had fixed whatever my problem was, and it's worked ever since.
