Color change?

This is a silly question, but for the life of me, I cannot seem to locate the option to change a skins color. I have the newest version of wb.

I know in the older version, it was user overide or something.

WinCustomize Forums Top

Open the WB app.
Choose a skin.
On the preview teh third bullet down called "Change Skin color"
Clicky-clicky
Done
