I found this ammusing. For those that know C/C++ or some other programing langs. (aida) you will know what the matter is.

I was playing a game on large and it was neer the end, i had just bought 4 influencial starbases and was planning on winning that way.
I was making over 10k a turn.
So i didnt want to waste my time actualy beating the last people into submission i just started hitting end turn over and over till i won (this is after the patch, and single player, i was not trying to increase my score).
I then had that riduculus high number of like 2^88, (that c++ compilor max number)
my money then rolled over and i had -(2^88) oh fun i can do no reasearch and no anything for so many turns.

Also how do you deleat core designs (its not a bug but i dotn want to make another thread, and i couldnt find the older ones)

You don't, hence core designs. If you must you can look for the ship design in the galciv2 directory folder.

Ah, money is fun.

I have seen other posts about how to get rid of core designs before, but now i cant find them sad panda

Well you could solve the money problem by going deeper into debt, thus allowing the sign bit to flip over again.
The size of the numbers (int, floats, longs et.c.) is compiler dependent by the way. It can be set in an environment file (not recommended though).

You can obsolete core designs. That will remove them from your list of ships that you can build for your current game, but as soon as you start a new game they will be back in your list.

Ya thats the part that makes me sad.

Core designs aren't that good. I am not expecting the creators of the game to make them, cause that would be to hard you would need like 10x more ships for different tech routes.
But there are only 3 core designs i ever use.

Colony ship
Constructor
Defender
and the Starting Survey Ship

So what if in the -- C:\...\GalactivCivII\Data\English\GC2Ships.xml -- i just took out the rest of the ships ((also other then ranger and corvette the ones you can get threw random events)) would that work? I experiment my self, let me know if anyone else knows.
