Retail Update 1.0X for the German Version?

First, I love this game!
Now my question, the "Retail Update 1.0X" is only available for the english and italian version. Will there be one for us poor, old germans, too?
The game doesen`t start with the English update, it crashes.
I think lots of us would like to enjoy the bonus material. Unluckily i faced several times the CTD when invading planets playing non human races...(fixed in 1.0X, but... )
Also, lots of things in the game discriptons are not translated, especially when techs are described. No problem for me, but there may be some people here in Germany not speaking English. It would be a pleasure for me to help translating.
