Why won't this work??

Hey there everybody, I love to use custom portraits and logos, but have encountered a problem. I've noticed that only SOME of the logos and portraits, downloaded from this site I might add, work, while the great majority don't. And yes, I'm putting them in the right folders. Please let me know if you can help.

Problems can be:

1. Filename
2. Size

But I think it's 1.
Example if you want to use a Race Logo the Filename must be like: RaceLogo

Well,... how should I explain something self explaing,... and by the way I did it with the example of the Logos,... sorry, can't say more then that.
