I know this is a late delay, but I'm just now figuring out a work-around for this problem. I kept getting the error everytime I started OD+. I'm not sure if your error was referring to an icon file (Icon3E5562ED7.ico) located in C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{24C67B54-0718-445E-B663-3138D9246BD1}, but mine was. In the directory I found three files: Icon3E5562ED1.exe, Icon3E5562ED7.ico, & Icon3E5562ED8.html. Basically, all I did was create a valid icon file based on the Icon3E5562ED1.exe file and replaced the corrupted ico file (I did make a backup of the original ico file just in case it screwed something up). I used IcoFX to extract and save the ico file. This is a free and one hell of an awesome icon creation and extraction tool. You can download it at http://icofx.xhost.ro/. Hope this helps your problem.
