Remove a toolbar and see if that helps.

I'll bet you have the default bookmarks toolbar. Right click to the right of the word Help in the menu bar. Uncheck bookmarks.

If I'm wrong I'll give* you a shiney new penny.

FF & WB issue has been long ongoing.

Never has been tied to anything definite, but has been tied to some toolbars, some themes, some FF extensions or some combination thereof.

I blame the Firefox trolls.
You can't trust trolls.

Really?? I've been using WB and FF together since I started using FF.. Never had any problems and I use quite a few extensions. Weird.

yep

look through the titles: Link and you'll see 'jumping', 'jittery', etc

The problem is in firefox and can be shown without WB too.  I believe adding a bookmark on the empty toolbar fixes it.
