noobish q about shipping time

Ok, prepare to hear my n00ish plea.
i ordered galciv 2 dreadlords from stardock on Thursday, March 23rd (posted on march 29, math may be off) and there was no "easy to see" shipping times. or at least, my parent did it. (i dont have a credit card.......yet
) adn i dont know what the shipping times were. so, its been 4 days (not counting Sat and Sub) and no word has arrived. now, i wouldent be complaining if i didnt order somthing from europe using UPS ground. (or similer to that-ebay is very interational) it got here in 3 days. so, im pretty darn sure that Stardock is in the us, so why hasent it come yet? or am i just a ignorant fool?
is there something i could do to find out this info?
or do you know a standered shipping time?
