Just wondering. I live in Ontario Canada and ordered the game 2 weeks ago and still nothing arrived. Where are these games being shipped out of? I saw where a guy in like Sweden had the game within a week. Also, why does it cost more buying direct from Stardock that I could have bought it from Walmart.....38 Canadian vs. 49.95 U.S.?

I think the game isn't $50, its only 40. But I could be wrong. I don't know wtf is up with your supplier :/ Just seems silly to wait that long when you can have it instantly online almost.

where did you order it from?

did you buy it direct from stardock. then did you choose the download option?

the one online, use to be the collectors edition, why the extra money, and besides walmart always sells stuff cheap!

if ya got it from star dock ya should have been able to download it right away and play while it ships, i would email them, they nornaly respond within 48 hours. I had the problem were i thought i hit accept but for some reason my order didnt go through at all! yuk but we got it all sorted out

If you ordered the game two weeks ago, then you probably didn't get any of our first order from the manufacturers. We sent out a second order a while later, but I hear Canadian customs are fairly strict and may be holding up orders.

As noted by Shakto, if you ordered from us you will probably have recieved a serial number which you can use to download the game immediately via Stardock Central.

WalMart are cheaper than us (in this case it seems quite a lot cheaper) because they chose to go a little below the RRP. We are not able to lower our prices this shortly after launch as then we would be competing with our own partners. They also have efficiencies of scale - we're not really set up to send out thousands of boxes, although we have tried our best. We want you to buy the game from them, if that is convenient for you!
