Is it a memory leak?

Hello i only purchased this excellent software the other day but i keep getting a problem is it a memory leak or something with per pixel shading when i open windows or the start menu on top of other things it leaves a like a imprint of what was there before even though its gone as you can see in the link below has anyone else had this prob

Looks more like a driver issue to me. What kind of Video card do you have and what drivers are you running? Post your System Information from the WB config dialog here also.

Do the artifects go away if you hit F5 or right-click and select refresh?

I have a ATI RADEON X800 GTO 128MB and i am running Catalyst 6.3 Drivers and yes when i refresh it returns to normal

I dont have any problems with any OD program myself, so I dont feel I can help much. But I can tell you you will most likely have problems if you try to use WB 5 at the same time you have Win FX running you will have skinning problems. I have:
