Breakfast on weekends

What's your favorite breakfast on a nice laid-back weekend morning?

I can't decide between these 2:
French toast
~or~
Biscuits~n~Gravy (sausage gravy, that is)

Both would be great, but there's just not room--
maybe one on Saturday & the other on Sunday...

And, of course, the coffee

(if forced to choose, I'd probably go with B&G)

Vulcans (good and bad Universe) are vegetarians. However, I have heard that the 'alternate universe' Vulcans have been known to eat meat. Specifically, 'sehlats', which resemble large sabertooth grizzly bears/mountain lions. The 'good' vulcans have been known to domesticate these wild and ferocious creatures, but the 'evil' Vulcans have been known to make beef jerky, something equivalent to a Vulcan Hot-Dog, and their version of 'bacon'. So, technically, it would be a 'back-bacon sehlat sandwich'. Which only goes to show that the 'Evil Vulcans' are just a bunch of 'hosers'. So, take-off, eh.

Breakfast on weekends? What's that? I usually sleep until 11 or 12, so it's a foreign concept for me.

For lunch though, I usually have crackers or something like that. I'm a poor art student; it's the best I can do.

That's terrible, your poor brain needs food, real food.

Anything on the laid back weekend would be fresh baked: cinnamon rolls or bisquits to have with sausage gravy.
OR fried potatoes and eggs and raisin english muffins with butter (real) and peanut butter!

Today I ate breakfast really really late; like lunchtime, so I had big bowl cut salad greens, red cabbage, shredded carrots, avacado, mandrain oranges, and a few sunflower seeds topped with honey mustard dressing

Never eat breakfast...in fact I only eat an averaged sized meal once a day around 5 - 6 pm.
Been that way for the last 15 years or so.....no coffee, just several cups of tea.

Nice pics Amy.

All or any combination of the following.......

Coffee
Eggs ..... scrambled, fried, poached, or boiled.
Sausage ..... links or patties
Buttermilk biscuits.
Cream gravy.
Grits.
Coffee.

On nights when my wife can't decide what to fix for supper, she'll ask me what I want. She knows it will probably be one of three options...... Meatloaf, Hot-dogs, or "Breakfast"

MMMMM Breakfast!!
berry pancakes with boysenberry syrup!!!
47 songs sausage gravy: Brown your loose sausage, turn down your heat, add flour while stirring to make it dry crumbly. then start to add water while still stirring to get the gravy and add some milk to the consistancy of the gravy you like. then top your biscuits! My hubby loves this in the winter for dinner.
