WB 5 stopped working on x64

I did have 5.00.001 running until just recently. I have WinUpdated but also installed several new apps. Sigh I do miss my WB. 
Any way any skin loaded and I get an access violation in explorer.exe. Strange thing is no matter what (ie debug flags set in OS which changes memory locations a lot) the instruction pointer is always pointing to the same location
