Problem when i purchased galactic civilisation

Hello everybody,

First, sorry for my bad english.

I have just purchsed the download version of galactic civilisation 2 on stardock store.

But just after, i enter iformation on me, serial card number ... and i click on the purchase button, i have'nt got my serial number and the link for download the game.

Too, i don't receive the mail with these information.

so someone can help me?

I sent an email, i hope they help me.

On other forum, i find an other person who have exactly the sale problem. He bought this game yesterday (like me, he wanted to buy this just after reading a review in a french games internet site) and he had not receive his serial number.

He sent too a mail to sales@stardock.com but he has not receive an answer.

I ordered the game online as well and received two emails. One was a thank you...it made it through the spam filters without a problem. The other email had the serial number in it and that is the one that was held up by the spam filters. It took a few minutes of searching before I thought to check. Don't know if that's what happened to you, but just a thought.

I didn't receive this two emails.

When i use these link https://www.stardock.com/support.asp with my email
they tell me that my order records have been located in their database and that they email to me.

I receive this email, but there is not serial number in this mal.

Are you SURE you didn't have a spam filter set up on your computer or on your ISP's end?

i am sure, i have not spam filter.

As i have already said, when i use the support link with my email, some minutes after, i receive email from stardock sales with a summary of my profil (Stardock.net Accounts, ....) but there is not serial number and link for download the game. So i can receive mail from stardock.

I will survey if the money was deducted of my bank account.

And i'm waiting for an answer from stardock.

*doesn't have much trust with ordering games completly online yet... likes to have the box in hands, and likes the feeling of a brand new game in my finger tips*
Anyway, what E-mail service do you use?
Other than that, only problem relating is having the realization I should register my game and account at stardock.com, and not at GalCivs2.com (2 weeks of trying to get a e-mail....)

The only problem is that this game is not sold in france. And i don't know if it will be.
