Start menu highlite/rollover problem.

First off, I've decided to try my hand at some skinning, and well....I'm addicted. I've never used SkinStudio before, It's making my head hurt, and I can't stop! This is going to be my first skin and I can't wait untill it's finally finished.
Anyways, here's my problem. I was trying to make the All Programs button so it wouldn't highlite. I want to apply a rollover image to it, as I have seen in other skins. So, I was messing around and now nothing shows up at all...no rollover, highlite, nothing. This is just part of my problems. The logoff/shutdown buttons are screwed, so are some of the fonts, and there is that wierd extra shadow around the start panel!?!? I'm a noob at this stuff, so please bear with me. I appriciate ANY help at all. Thanks.

In the left tree ..go to Start Panel..in the right..Hide panel shadows/ enable should clear up the shadow.

Are you sure you have the proper transparency and trnaslucency settings enbled for the all program image? Are the content margins adjusted properly? Need more info if possible.

Ah, thanks, that cleared up the extra shadow. And the margins were off, thats why nothing was showing up. Thanks alot Night Train!

Still one more thing though... the arrow is not showing up, as you can see in this screenshot: http://img236.imageshack.us/my.php?image=gettingthere0mq.jpg And, I dont want it, or the logon/off buttons to highlight either. Do you know how set it so just the activated image shows?

Ok, well I logon/off button highlites by just adding the bg image (duh), but I couldn't figure out the all programs highlite. But, I think it's fine and I'll just keep it the way it is. I think it still looks good and thats fine with me. Thanks anyway.
