When Do I Know A Planet Is Full

How can you tell when a plant is full and you need to build another food source/farm +8 million.

Up to now I have to keep looking at all my planets and trying to notice if the planets population has stoped growning.

Is there an easier way to do this that I dont know about.

The maximum population of a planet is calculated by the following formula:

0.02 * (PQ + 1) ^ 3

Where PQ is the planet's quality rating.

For example, the maximum population of a PQ10 world is calculated as:

0.02 * (10 + 1) ^ 3 = 0.02 * 11 * 11 * 11 = 26.62 billion people

Do the various types of terraforming increase the PQ and therfore increase the max pop? I thought I read about it still being very buggy?

I've also read of some cases where the PQ isn't increased, but it's supposed to increase from terraforming.

Building soil enhancements and the like improves the PQ, using the Terraformer wonder (and the neutral alignment special, IIRC) however doesn't - seems to be a bug.
