System tray icons don't display correctly

Hi,
Recently installed objectdock but it kept closing for no reason. Also had the system tray widget installed.

Now everything is uninstalled but all my icons in the system tray appear poorly defined. Lower resolution of some kind? Not sure.

Anyone else had this?
