Restoring the Galaxy Setup Defaults

Same way as restoring the race defaults?

I understand that there's no "in-game" way to restore the race defaults; one has to manually delete some files from his/her hard drive.

How about restoring the galaxy setup defaults? Is there a similar work-around?

or.... does anyone know what the defaults are, so I can manually set them? I couldn't find the info on the wiki site.
