Unexpected Scripting Error

Hi all,
I have been running GC2 on my desktop for a week now and it's running fine. I tried to install GC2 on my laptop since I travel a lot for work and want to be able to continue my games while I am away. After installing from the download at Stardock I received the following error when starting the game.
"Unexpected Scripting Error.
Unable to load scripting libraries. Please install using setup.exe and play the game from the start menu.
(probable reason: Windows script 5.6 is improperly installed. Search for download "windows script" for a reinstaller.)"
I uninstalled and tried again.
After the install completed I tried again and once again got the same error when first starting the game, and then it allowed me to get to the start-up menu within the game. I select Start Game and the error popped up once again and crashed the game. I tried looking for the windows script download but I could not find it.
Could someone help me out with this. Thanks!
