BUG: Starport deletion.
Ships continue to be built in starports that are gone.

If you have a ship "in the line" to be built, and you overbuild the starport, it will finish the last ship as if the starport still existed.
Also, if you re-build the starport afterwords you can see where it has progressed even if it never finished.
