"select data source" dialog

when i open display properties and click appearence, or open wb config, i get a dialog "select data source" and none of my skins are listed either. i just got a new pc and my guess is i'm misisng some required files or something, i dunno.

the supposed fix won't work for me. i mean, i can't do it at all, cause i don't have an i386 folder for some reason.
