[bug] Quick/Governor build duplicates

Caused by upgrading a design

I have encountered this numerous times and just now took a screenshot so I could report it. It happens with both Governor building and the non-planet "Build Ship" button.

How to get the bug, no extra turns needed:

Enter the shipyard and create a new ship design. Save it and return to the main screen.
Return to the shipyard and upgrade the design. Save it and overwrite the old design. Exit to the main screen.
Go to a planet with shipyard and click the "Build Ship" from the galaxy view. You should see a duplicate. Build either.
Enter the player reports and stats, where you see alignment and government type, and click the governor tab. Look at the Build list. There ought to be a duplicate there as well.

If you need a save let me know and I'll reproduce the error with a standard race for you. It gets confusing with ~4 of the same design, and I like to update my designs as I design them for a reason.

Oh yeah, but I just had a problem too with upgrading my core design ships. If I tried to upgrade my "Flagship" I could not choose a custom design, though I could upgrade it to a core design. Seeing that the core designs were stone-aged in comparison to my custom designs, this gets a bit annoying.

I'll try and get the save if you need it, but this seems standard now in my games (like the above error), and not accidental.

yup, same here. in my huge game that list was worth 3 pages or so. was kinda annoying. ^^
