[BUG] Can't win Diplomatic Victory

Hello, I just played a game and wiped out 4 races and made alliances with the other 4. However, I did not win and when I went to the victory screen, it said I needed to ally with the Arceans. Arceans were the first race I allied. I tried unallying and reallying, but I could not un-ally. I can submit a save, if necessary:)

I've had the exact same problem and perhaps coincidentally, my first alliance was with the Arceans too. In my case, two other races folded to my allies. Now it is just the three of us tra-la-la holding hands throughout the galaxy and it is a little boring
