Sorry if this has been explained. I pre-ordered the game for hard copy. Credit card shows billed. No delivery truck, no emails from stardock. Sales and costomer support don't respond. What am I to do?

Direct orders (boxes) were being sent out today.

There were fewer people on the forums today than previous days because everyone was drafted to get the preorders packaged and shipped out today.

What!!!!1111!!! You mean pay your valuable programmers and artists to help the sales and delivery people. I sure hope you had no marketers in there. Shame on you Brad. That kind of teamwork and efficiency is going to make your company go under because it is unnatural.

Well, programmers sometimes need to be ripped away from their computers so they don't gouge their eyes out or start speaking in code (a la Dover of Suburban Jungle).
