RIAA and iPod 'fair use'

RIAA has gone too far this time.

And it's not going to be the consumer that would be annoyed by this.

Apple would be royally p!$$ed off over this RIAA decision. And I bet that Apple will fight tooth and nail with RIAA.

Brad is right. No one is going to carry 20+ CD's when the iPod allows you to carry 100+ CD's without carrying them, especially with the music that is not on iTunes.

Now that the RIAA says that I cant copy my CD's to my iPod, WHAT CAN I DO RIAA THAT WONT PEEVE YOU OFF!!!!!

My five cents. (Proudly Australian )

Legally...until the Bush/Howard free trade agreement you could NEVER do that legally.

EVER.

Too many people outside the US assume the US law is universal.

Even now it is not.

Before complaining about copyright laws and Fair use [or the actual lack of] do a little research.

It pays to be educated...

BTW...thanks to that little worm Johnnie...we are now at the mercy of whatever the US Laws decide...so you CAN refer to them and theirs....
