Can't build starbase after destruction

Well can't be sure if this by intention or not but something seems to be wrong here.

1. I destroy enemy RESOURCE (mining) starbase .

2. From that moment I can't build mine over that resource, even while resource shown in minimap and map. Also no mouse tooltip saying "this is resource" whhen you hover over the resource.

3. To "fix" it you either have to save and reload game or wait some time , after some period of time (or event?) resource become "available" again.

It happens in all my games. So I know its a repeatable one.

It's faded out but you can kinda still see the resource where it is/was.

As for fixing it, I've not found a way as a player to be able to use it again. At least you know you've denied it to everyone else

Yeah...Same problem here...except it hasn't been restricted to Mining Bases...sometimes during a game the Construction Button will grey out (i don't know if this is on purpose or not)

Supreme Shogun, read the first post again. You can fix this build starbase problem by saving and reloading. Actually, I usually save, quit and then start the game up again using a quick-save. BTW, Control S will do a quick save for you.

A save/reload also fixes other odd bugs I've run into occasionally.

This should be fixed in the update going up tomorrow.
