Crashing at a certain turn

I've been crashing every time one of my games reaches August 22, 2229. I haven't reached that date on any other game so I can't test that. I HAVE tried rebooting, changing system settings, loading old games instead of the newest saves, etc.
Having my game reach a state where it crashes and theres nothing I can do about it is pretty darned game-breaking for me (since what's stopping it from happen in a new game I create?). Any suggestions on what to do?

Unfortunatly, all the testing in the world cant prevent some bugs slipping through, and this seems to be one of them
