Activation error 0

Hello,
I am getting an activation error 0 when trying to activate galciv 2. I uninstalled the beta, and downloaded new version, everything went well I think but activation error 0 pops up at end.
I emailed the log yesterday but no response..all the log says anyway is this:
Application start: 2006-2-17 0.5.10
Silent mode
Mode 2
Submitting activation request...
Download: success
Result parsing error (1)
Error activating the product

Strange thing is when error pops up instead of email, password etc, it says: %email,%password...not the values..anyone seen this??

You emailed the log to kwilas@stardock.com? Right-click on the app in Stardock Central, select the Activate w/logging option, and it should make an activate.log in the sdcentral directory.

Yes I did email it to that address..the entire contents are the same as in my post..not much really...When I installed the pre version, I did it to a different directory than the beta..i noticed the sig.bin was left behind in the beta dir..copying that to the directory where gc2 is now installed, and no more activation in SDC..this the file that is getting the parse error??

What is your ticket number? I asked them to look up tickets under your email, but there are none under the address on your forum account.
