System requirements?

What exactly is the system requirements for Windowblinds5 ? A friend of mine claims it needs a video card to run the Vista theme ? If that's true would this laptop be able to run it?

your laptop can use wb5 but you may not get the transparent borders [on ie explorer and win.explorer]because of you having on board graphic's because most onboard graphic's do not support per-pix blending but some do you never know there is no list of which ones do support it[onboard graphics]hope that helps
