Frames? I'm not sure what you are refering to. Do you mean templates perhaps?

Ah. Well, I'm afraid I don't know that much about logon skins. Not sure if there are any templates around. But I'm sure there are other people here at WC that will come to the rescue soon.

If you mean the top and bottom panels that are more than just the colors that are set in logonstudio editor they are made using graphics software. Download a couple skins using them to see how they are done, settings in editor, size and name of the parts. Then download Gimp, it is free, and make them how you want them to look.
