The very first utility I load on every new machine, of mine, is a little program called "allSnap." (Link)
I highly recommend that you get a copy of this and incorporate it's features into WindowFX. Basically, it provides a very satisfying bit of feedback to the Windows environment, by creating a little gravity around each window, so they all snap to each other when you move them around. Plus, it optionally, plays a little snapping sound when the windows snap. Both effects are very subtle, but it's amazing how much nicer Windows is when they're enabled.
This seems like a natural for WindowFX.
