I preordered last April. What next?

I preordered GalCiv II last April. Got my serial number safely saved (Save As is your friend with online browser orders, people!!! You don't need a printer!).

My question is, now what? Via Stardock I can only see that I can't update my beta anymore (missed my chance, I guess -- never had time to play the beta and now they took it down). I'll be able to start preloading it next week, I guess? Through Stardock? And what if I want a retail box (with poster / etc.) as well? How do I specify that? It just says "Gal Civ II Pre-Order" -- doesn't say whether it's electronic only or what.

Basically, how the heck do I find out what I'm getting from this preorder??? Should I email my serial # to support?

At least you'll be able to download the full version as soon as it's available (21st of February and as Brad stated in the last journal, you'll be able to download a lot of stuff ealier so that you only have to download a few megs on releaseday.

Yep, you need Stardock Central to download.

If you still want a boxed version I think you have to mail support. But I don't think you'll have to mail your serial . Your preorder information should be enough for them. When I preordered there was no option for a boxed version either, but you should still be able to get it if you mail support. It's gonna cost you the shipping costs though. This makes it not worth it for me as the costs for shipping to Europe will be too high and I don't really care about the box too.
