I suggest heading to Cory_O's page (can give a link - no access to WC) which can be found search the 'sites' tab or finding a post with Corky_O in it (check through the ODock forum) and see if he's got anything amongst his ODock tutorials. Else, possibly clearing the cache and starting afresh.

the only time i have seen the actual disappearance of title bar is when i accidently hit F11 (there's also a shfit or ctrl combo for that, which i run into by accident also - never figured out what it was i keep accidently doing).

try F9, F10 if DTX icon is there, you can also switch to builder, then right click on the icon again and 'list'

if you have an older version of paint that doesn't have .png option you can also use Irfanview (free) Link or paint.net (free) Link or a host of others

Alot of the skins made recently won't work on 4.1 i believe. Some will only work on 5.
