It's the same problem described in the post beneath fyi - posts move independently up and down based on replies. new reply moves you to the top. no replies, you slide down the list. at any given time, the 'post beneath' can become 'the post above at the top of the list'

the way it's always worked for me: if i install a standalone - it shows up in add/remove if i install via SDC, the SDC becomes my uninstaller if you then uninstall SDC you're left without a way to uninstall WB at that point. seems logical that if you uninstall the uninstaller.... Not only that, but if you reinstall SDC and you still can't uninstall WB. You have to rerun the install for WB out

ALL antivirus/script blocking turned off? the 2 main cause I find for the continual reboot whilst browsing the forums: 1) antivirus and/or script blocking and/or reg protector 2) attempted install involves a trial and a previous trial had been installed

Reply to Systray Icons in ObjectBar

the object bar/dock program Object Bar and Object Dock are 2 separate programs. and there is an Object dock free (no system tray support) and object dock plus (paid version - tray support) which are you referring to? If it's object bar or object dock plus - are you adding a system tray? or just expecting it to show up. If you're adding it, what steps are you taking?

I highly doubt thats an original MS theme not original, actual as opposed to WB themes This isn't a Windowblinds theme. It's an actual theme.

and reboots in between wiping/installing/running, yes? what happens when the other accounts try to use it? reply #5 is good advice - official is through support@stardock.com while the channel is 'support' - even the support page will tell you it's user based support (& sometimes we suck at it....)

from a post in DEC., (repy by me) it's always worked on my wife's account (admin) it's supposed to work even on limited accounts I just tried it by creating a limited account - logged into it. Had to start WB via SDC (no systray and not in appearance tab)- once running, picked a skin and it set - logged out, logged in = skin up at startup. rebooted - logged in = skin up at startup and now WB shows in systray and appearance tab
