if the METAR Code is the WMO Index Number, then it doesnt work. but i dont see anything at the website it sends me to that says METAR Code.

whenever i try to run windowbinds, it says "wbload.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." why does it say this, and how can i fix it???

when i get log off menu and buttons, they are the same as xp. i guess they dont auto-install. how do i change the log off menu to match. ______________________________________ im not sure what they are, but they are like shell files or something. they can go in the controll panel or something like that. if you can understand what i am talking about, please help me. (these are 2 different problems)
