Not seeing any issues and haven't had any other reports. Also that doesn't even look like an ad that we have campaigns with as we don't use full-page ads any longer. I'd suggest that it isn't a problem on WC. Otherwise, sometimes an ad will slip through, just a temp glitch in the systems. Ad-blockers do not work well with the site, so if you use them make sure WC is an exclusion.
