Is it possible to switch Multiplicity from Primary to Secondary via command line execution?

I purchased IconPackager10 a week or so ago and ever since I have had major problems with making icons stick after reboot, changing mp3 icon and the same icon would be applied to flac and other audio file types after reboot even though I have applied each extension its own icon. Icons to some extensions going missing an so forth . So me being me I wanted to dig and find out why. I started using lower res icons
