go into the SDC folder and find the 'restore' exe - run it and roll SDC back, then run SDC and let it update If that doesn't work, uninstall, reboot, then reinstall (always remember the reboot as it will clear locked files). If all else fails, email support@stardock.com with a screenshot of the error and a link to this thread.

There shouldn't be any issues with that. Obviously, it might not look exactly the same on Plus due to extra features, but you won't loose the whole theme.

Honestly, we don't sell many standard licenses. A lot of the ones that we do, end up calling us and upgrading to Pro. The copy and paste and the ability to add more computers really makes it worth the money. Heck- who am I kidding? Like Zubaz said, the copy and paste between machines is easily worth the extra $20.

If you have CursurXP+ you can resize in the config. On the foirst tab in the lower right, click the 'Options' Button. If you have the free version, you can resize the cursor images in a graphics program. Rename the CurXPtheme file to zip, and then you can access the images. And, if that doesn't work- please move your monitor further away so that it looks normal. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/sd_com/smiles/Ew.gif" border=0 align="absmid

Please update to the current version. If that doesn't help, please email a screenshot to support@stardock.com and attach a link to this post.

I have looked into this matter (I'm the one that manages the support team), and there are things that went wrong and issues with the software that we are using that made the matters worse. I'm not excusing what happened- I'm just saying that things didn't go in a typical fashion. Travis and I chatted today (I was out yesterday) and he assured me that he is opening dialog with you again and working on your issues.

Did you try contacting Sales@stardock.com as it instructed? There are always things that can go wrong, like communication errors with our database, or a serial number that was entered incorrectly. However, if you contact sales, they can look into the issue and resolve it for you.

Some programs have activation limits, but you should reach them if you reinstall a couple times a year. If you do run into a limit, just contact support@stardock.com and they can get it cleared up for you.
