If you want to know what I use you'll be amazed. I use: (insert drumroll here) Microsoft Paint! I make Windows Media Player skins and I use Notepad for programming so as you can see I'm very advanced. It work though and I end up satisfied with the final product. Answer to 5: I think that the city would be warmer than the country because the heat would be trapped between the buildings and also from the heat being emitted from the vehicles and buildings. The country would not have then things and so would be colder. Make sense? Question 4: Because they were bored at the budget department. And because they are the US goverment. They can afford it.

Kazza Lite as far as I can tell has no spyware in it. The "spyware" that you find is actually a dummy file to make the program still run. Simply a dud in order to make the code think that it still has spyware so its ok to run. THat make any sense? Its there to make the program think that it is ok to run because Kazaa needs the spyware to operate.

Apparently I've been banned form using the deviantart website although I've never gotten anything from there. Why is this happening? It says something about someone else on my ISP getting me banned. Does that mean everyone who uses TELUS like I do is banned? Why should we all get punished for what one idiot did? I'm a little miffed at this because from what I hear they have some cool stuff there.

Assigning HotKeys to shortcuts: Right click on the shortcut you want to assign a hotkay to. Hit properties. There in the "shortcut" tab there is a "shortcut key" box that you can enter the hotkey into. Its always "ctrl + alt + something" you cant have just control or anything.
