Again, I have no record of any GC purchase under your userName. If you purchased from us, it must be under a different email / username. If you purchased with GOG / Steam, you would use their clients to re-obtain the product(s).

Your SD account would only ever show what you registered on Steam (the SINS one you see) and any you purchased from us - not any GOG stuff. If you purchased any other products from us, it would have been under a different email - that would need to be known to help. You can PM any to me. Any game you purchased with GOG or Steam - you would be able to see them with their respective clients.

Your issue is that you activated the OD version of MP - that is KM only.... YOu need to use the 'change license' option on the 'About' tab and use the MP specific key on your account: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
