When I slide the cursor off screen it says on top of my primary now controlling secondary but the screen stays showing the primary and doesnt switch to secondary and not sure why since both are windows 11. Try switching to KVM which I did and that works great which doesn't make sense since the other way doesnt and I have everything checked.
Please see:
The Start11 update 2.5.6.3 (installed today 11/3/25) regressed a problem that the one and only Stardock update of last week fixed. I run BOINC and the BOINC screensaver that comes with it. There has never been a problem with the screensaver, except one that appeared several weeks ago with a Start11 update. The symptom is that when the BOINC screensaver kicks in, neither the keyboard nor the mouse will make it go awa

What I believe you are seeing is Start11 just reading what Windows is reporting - Start11 is just displaying it. This is a bit of a process but the best way to find the cause is to capture a dump. https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/2122055681/Manually+Collecting+Multiplicity+Crash+Dumps As noted, the file will be LARGE. beatlesjunky , you are trying to activate Start11 v1. I suspect you really want to install Start11 v2, yes? To do so, use the installer that came with the purchase (should be on your receipt). If from the search, try entering in (either of the) IP addresses You may also want to fire up a command window, then ipconfig, to see what is showing the extra IP address. Lastly, this is still the best resourse for troubleshooting MP connection issues:
