They are actually 18"x26" (46cm x 66cm), not 16"x26" as I'd originally indicated. Second: We've been able to get a better shipping rate for Canadian customers. If you've already pre-ordered, we've automatically updated you to the lower charge. This should save our

I think this thread is dead.....
Comments are a good thing. Especially if they're entertaining.

If there's more than x fleet supply of ships in a single gravity well, Chuck Norris should just come in and roundhouse kick ships to death until the amount of fleet su

Let's have a face off between the TEC loyalists and the VR, a 5v5. The TEC all research twin starbases, and pick a star to deploy at. Then they all build 5 starbases at the star, and fully upgrade them. Then you have 25 fully upgraded starbases. Then the VR all jump in the fully upgraded starbases they built, and you have Starbasepocalypse. Just out of curiosity, would that even be possible? Does the starbase limit apply to everyone (i.e. 4 starbases

Or, alternatively, instead of fortifying the star, fortify all the planets surrounding the star. This will force players to go through a wall to get to the goodies behind it. [quote who="Ekko_Tek" reply="32" id="3196613"] Quoting wbino, reply 31OK How about this...A civilian spacedock structure( think hotels in space)and a civilian cruise ship that transverses them. Destroying them or saving them would reap HUGE diplomatic points... Seeing other life besides warships would make Sins feel more alive........ I could see that working as part of your economy that the enemy could attack and you could protect.
Let's see: Laser beams, check. Giant ships, Check. Explosions, check. I think that every single important part of Sins has been covered in the posters.
Me likes dis. Mayhaps a good modder could make something out of this.
Just out of curiosoity, which is heavier? The Kol, or the steelbook case?

[quote who="DirtySanchezz" reply="10" id="3196213"]IMHO, Wail of the Sacrificed is cheating (in PvP games) because it is so severely overpowered and contradicts what the game is about. TEC starbase red button is a powerful ability too--but that can be avoided and it only affects a portion of a gravity well. Some titans have overpowered abilities--but you can run away from them if necessary. The Marza missile barrage is powerful--but you can run from the Marza or find a
Someone could always try to make a mod for something like this. Go ask Goafan, or someone over in the modding subforum.

Steam is a mixed bag. I like that it always has stuff on sale, and that it has a fairly good selection of games. It helps me organize my games, and for those of us who enjoy being social and playing video games, it helps us with that as well. No more chatting through facebook while I'm playing Mass Effect. Now I can do it while I'm nuking people with the Cain. On the other hand, the offline feature sometimes is buggy. On occasion, Steam seems to decide that it ne
