I had enough experience with this minion oak. In a very high lvl game it should be counterable, but only if there is a beast. in the lower skilled games, it just destroys the game play if someone goes straight for the citadel after killing all the mid towers. I don't want that for the mid to high skilled players.

Here in short, it is most likely but not necessarily true that the winner of the tourney is automatically the winner of the round robin. This is why we kept the first prize relatively low, in case this happens.
